You can still apply for your tax refund! We will do our best to get the missing documents by contacting your former employers.

- If you do not have P-45/P-60 forms, in some cases we can use employer’s last pay slip, but if the pay slip is rejected by the UK tax authorities we will have to contact your employer and request a copy of P-45 or P-60.
- Worked as Self Employed and do not have CIS vouchers or Subcontractor Monthly Statements – submit information about your employer and we will find the missing documents for you.
How is the refund amount calculated?

How long will it take to receive my tax refund?
On average the refund procedure takes 75-120 days after we receive all the information and documents from you. The refund may take longer if you do not provide all the required documents or the Inland Revenue (UK tax authorities) delays the processing of your refund.

We do not have any upfront or hidden fees! This means that it does not cost to apply for tax refund and the service fee is charged only when the refund is received.

What types of taxes does a person working in the United Kingdom pay?
Every person legally working in the United Kingdom must pay taxes for this state. The main types of tax are:

National Insurance Tax, which makes approximately 11% of the total income.
Income Tax – its rate depends on the income level (from 0 to 40% of the total income).

When you start working your employer does not know what your total annual income will be, therefore usually there is too much tax deducted from your wages. Find out your estimated tax refund amount by using Free Online Calculator.
What types of taxes are refundable?
You may claim back your overpaid Income Tax. The United Kingdom does not refund National Insurance tax directly to an individual, but you may transfer the tax to your home country pension funds.
What if I do not know my National Insurance number?
If you do not know your National Insurance number, it does not mean that it has never been issued to you. It might be written on any document or letter received from the Inland Revenue, forms P-45 or P-60 or the last pay slip. Contact us and we will advise on how to refund your taxes.
What should I know if I work/worked as Self Employed?
If you received CIS card or had UTR number, even if you did not work as a self employed, inform us about it. The UK tax authority demands that everyone who has CIS card or UTR number must send an Annual Tax Return (tax declaration) until October 31st. If you do not send the Tax Return, you will get penalty.

If you left the United Kingdom and you are not going back to work as Self Employed again, you should provide the Inland Revenue with a request to close a file of you being Self Employed.
