*PAYG payment form is a summary showing the gross earnings (wages) and the amount of tax withheld. It is issued by your employer in July every year or you can request one when you leave your job.
**Final pay slip is a document which contains information about the income received and taxes paid and it is issued by the employer each time when paying wage. Your Final Pay slip includes the information on the total income ant taxes paid since the beginning of the employment or since the beginning of the tax year.
