Let’s have a brief view to the history of RT Tax Company: 2010 RT Tax expanded its tax refund services in such countries as Norway, Holland, Germany, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
RT Tax presented Online tax refund calculation for its clients (estimated calculation is provided once using the calculator).
RT Tax established Front Office Department, which provides consultations on submitting of documents for tax refund.
RT Tax presented new service – URGENT tax refund service, which enables the clients to refund taxes within a shorter period – 15-20 days.
RT Tax updated Internet website and Client/Partner accounts in order to offer more possibilities. 2009 RT Tax increased the number of clients by 1.5 times comparing to the number in 2008.
RT Tax possessed representatives in 28 countries worldwide already.
FAST tax refund service became available not only for ones who have W-2 forms, but for everyone who worked in the USA.
RT Tax offered Internet-based tax refund procedure for the clients, who worked in the USA.
RT Tax presented „Pre-travel“ service, that includes Client account online, where one can collect and upload all the necessary documents and information before going to work abroad. 2008 • RT Tax web site was reconstructed.
• The clients could redeem taxes without leaving their homes. 2007 • The clients were offered real-time communication with RT Tax staff by using "chat".
• The number of the clients increased by 1,6 times comparing to the results of the year 2006.
• The number of organizations, which became RT Tax partners and recommended RT Tax services, had risen to 150.
• The geography of RT Tax clients covered 23 countries. 2006 • Individual departments for the refund of the USA and England/Ireland taxes were established.
• The clients, who worked in the USA, were offered a special program, which enables surveillance of the stages of the individual tax refund procedures.
• RT Tax partners were offered a possibility to carry out on-line surveillance of the stages of tax refund procedure for the taxes of the clients sent by RT Tax partners.
• The number of the clients increased by 2.6 times comparing to the results of the year 2005. The number of the clients applying for tax refund from the USA increased 4 times. 2005 • RT Tax became a GWEA member.
• RT Tax became an international company, whose clients were the nationals of 15 countries. The number of the clients increased more than twice comparing to the results of the year 2004.
• The web site was reconstructed. 2004 • The representatives of RT Tax participated in GWEA and WYSTC conferences.
• RT Tax continued expansion of the geography of their services. Partnership relations were established with such countries as Romania, Russia and Serbia.
• The number of the clients increased by 37 percent comparing to the results of the year 2003. 2003 • A new office of RT Tax was opened in Lithuania.
• Activities of the company expanded to other Baltic countries; cooperation with the partiers from other countries was commenced. 2002 • Partners in Lithuania were found. 2001 • The first RT Tax office was opened in Lithuania (Kaunas).
• The first contacts with the tax authorities of the other countries were established.
• The web site was developed. 2000 • RT Tax Company launched its operation.
